Dover, De | We have a 9320 with about the same issues, we have replaced the primer and check valves. Lately what we have found is, the coating on the fuel filter o-ring (green Coating) will "rub off" on the filter housing causing it not to get a good seal. If you put a new filter in, make sure where the seal sits is spotless. If the o-ring is the issue, when you clamp off the return line it will leak out around it when you use the hand primer. This has been an ongoing issue with us, i really dislike that filter design.
