West Texas | Looks good, don't pull it of until internal temp hits 203! I just got thru doing 7 of them Saturday morning. Had them on for about 15 hrs total. I wrapped them in foil once the internal temp got to 155 to get them thru the stall since I didn't want to sit up with them all night. Call me lazy. I finished them up the next morning.
