Yes the Flip Planter button can be found by going to:
Setup, Systems (tab at the top), Display, Dashboard Buttons, then tap on a dashboard button, tap the down arrow to page down the list of available options until you see Flip Planter. The just tap it after adding it as a Dashboard Button.
