I don't believe you can calibrate the Nav with Insight. Will require a new profile too.
That is correct. A laptop with the appropriate software will be needed. Been There, Done That.
However that doesn't seem to be the real problem. The incorrect screen depiction is the real heart of the problem. It sounds as if you have tried both getting the Insights GPS from the Nav and also going direct to the Insight from the GPS. I have no answer for you but I have used the GPS from the Nav II as the GPS source to an Insight for many years.
Since you have another GPS, I believe trying it would be a good plan at this point.
