Central IA
Last fall I was in the .70 range per pound. In 2015 I was close to .90 per pound. I use a small seeder to put mine in. It takes a while but seems to work good. I use about 12 lbs an acre. Had a great stand in 2015 and planted into very mellow soils in 2016. Soybeans did great (but zo did everybody's in my area). Last year germinated well but was late, as Soybeans dried very slow. I could see the rye starting to come up. About an inch. Then hard freeze with no snow. I think it all winter killed.

I think the only issue you will have is the ARG seed will not through as far as the feet.

I should add, in 2015 I added 2-3 lbs of radishes. In 2016 I added 5 lbs of crimson clover in mix.
