Do you calibrate your globes every day?
All 3 tractors have sf3000 450mhz radio running off dealer tower 10 miles away.
Here's what I'm doing. We run a Roll a cone disc bedder, followed by a bedder roller on a different tractor, then Planter tractor. All equipment is 12 row 30".
We start to notice that the disc bedder may leave a random guess row gap, or close in narrow in places. So when roller bedder comes through it shifts our beds around and makes the Planter have a hard time staying on top and center of beds. Weve measured each implement plow, unit and everything is correct.
Anyone have a guess to what's causing this ? Could it simply be just from not calibrating daily ? We try to once a week or anytime a receiver is moved from a different tractor. | |
