E.Central MN | If its like the F2 then there is a drive belt that can get slack and flop around and it can rub on the two wires going into the electic clutch. We had one break off one of the wires right at the surface of the clutch. We chiseled a little bit of the bakelight away that insulates the wire on the clutch and soldered the wire back on, then put JB Weld around it and it worked fine after that. There isn't much that can go wrong with the electric clutch other than that. Either the magnet has power and works...or it doesn't. | |
