Mini-moles from CFC, work well. It made a huge difference, can seal much shallower at 180# NH3. We used the old Wiese style with beavertail for years. They would always buildup with frozen mud and had to run deep to seal in tire tracks.
Mini-moles from CFC drop under the "foot" to emit the NH3. Also, get the good Dalton style closers.
