After doing a forum search and reading others with issues I have suspected that also. I have drained the Hydraulic oil twice in the last year and a half for a couple other minor fixes and have seen no signs of metal or bearing failure in the oil. I know that doesn't mean it's not happening but just wanted to add that. I'll check that out.
