Simple fix Arrest the Engineer and Conductor for causing
a public hazard . Hold them for 24 hrs . Then issue a warrent for the superintendent for failure to comply
with a Sheriffs direct order. And issue a warrent for the CFO of the company
for failure to comply . Problem will go a way real quick . If not try make charges
in the felony part of law .
