I can't answer your question, but I do think you would be very wise to be very, very careful! Once you give some outfit online access to your computer, you may be opening the flood gates to popups, solicitation emails, and, if the service is not so ethical, more online viruus problems. Who knows what else they may be ready to either bombard or infest you with. I honestly believe some, while cleaning up some of your problems, would likely infest you with others to keep you coming back....

I do recollect hearing a "GoToMyPC.com" (?) service advertise on some radio before.
