Be more prompt. Or early... Not late.
To work at something I hate as if I enjoy it reguardless of uncomfort level.
In other words... become a super farmer...
Currently I am a bit more reactive than proactive... I procrastinate. I'm often just on time or 5 minutes late... sometimes later... I hate jobs that I hate and love jobs I love.
I am not the superfarmer I could be... if I would just do what I know I should do... Instead of taking the easy route first and paying for it later.
The worst part is I know this is all true but I don't even WANT to work on it lol... I'm procrastinating hog barn washout as I type!!!
