You coudl look for TurboCad on e-bay. Also, if you are a student or know one, Rhino and Solidworks both have student discounts (quite large). When I looked at Solidworks websight, I was a little hesitant about getting it because they did not list my graphics card. They may be more resource intensive or sensitive, I don't really know.
