OP, browsers usually download lots of temporary files to your hard drive from the internet as you are surfing around. Sometimes, those temporary files might be ones loaded rather than fresh ones being downloaded. If there is a problem, sometimes it's caused by not downloading fresh files. Deleting the temporary files causes them to be downloaded fresh. Glad it worked for you.
