Took me a bit, but that's good, I needed to get myself back into using excel again.

Just remember for every IF you need 1 THEN and 1 ELSE

I looked at it slightly differently, IF B7 < 15.1 THEN no cost ELSE next IF B7 < 20.1 THEN cost is bushels at first price range for X-15 ELSE next IF B7<23.1 THEN cost is bushels at second price range for X-15 ELSE cost is bushels at third price range for X-15

Assumptions:
no drying below 15.1
third price range has no upper limit
BEDMAS
where C3,C4,C5 are the price points you gave, A7 and B7 are the bushels and moisture, and the formula is calculating drying charge for the load
