Southern Ab | I use rustmort on truck boxes etc. chip off the bubbled paint but leave the rust. Paint this stuff on and leave it dry for a day or two. It is advertised as changing the rust to "primer" but it is still quite soft and if painted over it will be visible. so I sand it off and reprime and then paint. Much better than buffing off the rust and have it come back. this stuff is pretty good on old chrome bumpers that have cracks in the chrome. Wipe it down and leave it for an hour. Wipe it off and shes all shiny. Those cracks are all sealed off and it stays nice for a couple years. | |
