Subject: Engine Oil Pressure Guage

Eastern Ontario
I'm running a "new to me" Gleaner L combine. The engine oil pressure guage is electric. Pressure is 3/4 way up the guage when I start it and idle engine. When warmed up and I rev up to operating speed, the guage goes all the way past the highest reading on the guage. I just changed oil (15w40), filters - which I got from dealer. I'm concerned that if the guage is right I'll damage the engine. Anyone experience this or have thoughts? TIA
