| Wife and I have been using the Frost Guard brand which using elastic on the mirrors, she used hers for a couple years without problem and I just started using mine. It's not quite apples to apples, but after seeing how much water wicked into a vehicle in which the owner shut a tarp in the doors, I've been shy of using anything that gets shut in the door seam. Chances are, however, that tarp had some folds that allowed water to come right in, they ended up with standing water in the floor of their car. | |
