Canton, OH & South Central PA | When I open Photo Share in Yahoo Messenger, the other person's images (at least two different people) are pixelated (not clear). Also my images are not clear on their end. When I try to download their images, nothing happens. When I close YM I get a notice that images are being downloaded when in fact they are not. Person on other end cannot download my images. I contacted Yahoo and they had me delete and reload several software programs including YM v9. It still did not work (matter of fact it messed up my computer). I restored my computer to an earlier date and contacted Norton. Norton changed security settings and still no luck. I am at my wits end. I previously disabled Norton and still could not Photo Share. Others do not have problems sharing photos with others on their list, just me. I have the latest version of Windows XP installed. Any help or suggestions are apprecited. |
