| Rich, your best bet is to take it to some computer guru like at Nex-tech or an independent and let them clean the machine for you. Then install the Norton protection software from Symantec Corp. for a slight fee, I think around $50 every year which covers annual upgrades and periodic updates. I got a clean machine and quit using the freebies and have no problems since. Just getting the Norton software will not work at this point. You need professional help now.
