 Don't know how thick your drawbar has to be but 1.5" AR400 plate is pretty common at machine shops around here for making root rakes and other toys for dozers and excavators.  It's very wear-resistant and stiff as anything- no playing with hardened bushings at the wear points.  I've never seen 2" AR400 before if you need it that thick though, but multiple layers of 1" might do it.  Might cost more to do it that way than buy a new one though, unless you can work with the AR400 yourself.
