I'm with F1, get a 4640, about the best value out there for HP and comfort and is still nimble enough to do chores with. Never had a 4230, but spent many hours in a 4430 and the 4640 seemed like I was on paid vacation comparitively. A good 4640 will bring 17-20K and you can't do much fixin' on a 4230 and not be there on it too.
