Anyone else struggle with underground utility problems? It appears the previous owners of my farm didn't really care where any water, electric or any other lines went. The previous owners were the type that would fix it for "right now" instead of fix it for tomorrow. This drives me crazy, as I am usually the type that will go overboard on fixing things, unless it is somekind of emergency.
Anyway, I'm thinking I better just bite the bullet and go ahead run all the utlities the way I want them. What do you fellas think that have purchased farms that are basically "rats nests" when it comes to the arrangement of utilities?
