Iowa | Good to here you got it running. The rear screw under the small cap(1/2" x 1") is the high idle screw(Top RPM). The fuel adjustment screw is under the bigger cap (1 1/2" x 2") . Back out the screw for more fuel. I believe the spring-loaded switch you referred to is the torque spring. Its purpose is when RPMs drop, due to a heavy load against the engine, the spring flexes and delivers a little more fuel as the RPMs drop off (to a point). | |
