I don't know where you are at. I'm in central Michigan. There is a huge difference between here and 100 miles north of me. I planted 200 acres the first week of September. For us, that is about 2 weeks late for growth that I like. They are about 3 inches tall. I'll get some benefit but not full benefit. They seem to keep growing until you consistantly get in the 20s at night but not like august weather.
