roaming | I wrote this search plugin to give myself a shortcut for searching the Precision Ag forum, and though there might be others who would find it useful. It adds a NAT Precision Ag option to your Firefox search engine list. Select the "NAT PA Forum" option from the search engine list, then type in your search terms and press Enter. This will search the subject line and content of ALL posts (all authors, all dates) in the Precision Ag forum for the entered keywords.
To install, download the attached "natpaforumsearch.src" file and place it in your Firefox searchplugins directory. By default, this is usually C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\searchplugins. If you're using Portable Firefox or did a custom install, you'll have to locate the searchplugins directory yourself.
Then start or restart Firefox. The plugin will be automatically installed and you will be able to use the "NAT PA Forum" search whenever you want.
Obviously if you want to search by certain dates or certain authors, or search other forums, you'll have to use the regular NAT search page, http://talk.newagtalk.com/search/query.asp
UPDATED 09/02/13: Added the search plugin in XML format for newer versions of Firefox. Needs to be placed in your browser\searchplugins directory in your Firefox installation directory.
