Yes, that one is nasty. Do not send them money!!!!! Not sure if you are going to be able to download the program in my other post with your machine. You might have to go to another uninfected machine and download the removal tool from there. Worked great for me. Actually got another one very similar and it removed it as well. Print out the instructions and follow them closely. It will work. Don't forget to update before running the scan.
