southern MN | There can be conflicts between the display device operating system, the controller, and the drone itself.
If you have an assortment of upgrade levels between those three, you might see the problem you are having.
I understand wanting to keep an upgrade level that actually works, as opposed to the ever restrictive and sometimes non-working new versions.
But you have to figure out if the versions you are on of all the parts work together?
Kinda where you are at now.
Out of the box mine did not work. Updated the part it demanded in red letters that I upgraded. Didn't work. Upgraded my iOS. Didn't work. Wanted to throw the dang thing in a corn, did actually as you did. Finally went through the drone upgrade with the memory card and it's been stable since. My iOS wants to upgrade every time I turn it on, but I decline, things are working, leave me alone....
