Jefferson, SD | I just did nearly the same experiment in a low area of center irrigated field that didn't get planted to corn due to the wet spring. Seeded 10 days ago with 22lbs per acre of millet. I added some tillage radishes to the mix. My plan is to cut it for hay also. I gave it an inch of water the day it was planted and am coming with my second inch this morning. Mine is only 5 acres. | |
