Central Ga | Very interesting post Justin. Unfortunately I think most if not all of your assessments are correct. We have an expensive crop down here and much of the dryland acres are in trouble. Used to be that you could use some judicious decision making and save some money on a dryland crop in a poor weather scenario. With so much of the cost coming on the front end there is not much flexibility to do that any longer. I think anyone sitting on some cash or large amounts of equity may have some opportunities if the weather and the markets don't improve soon.... | |
