Chebanse, IL.....

I won't be flying drones in Holland, but I have questions.

How can the eagle, or any bird, tell whether a drone (quadcopter) is legal or illegal? To me, they all look alike! If the bird or cops find out they've made a mistake....then what?

I would also think that something like a DJI Phantom at full power would sever a foot or toe of most any bird with it's propeller, especially if it's running carbon props. Isn't that kind of reckless of the bird handler?

Just wondering.
