northeastern Ohio | I believe this is one way it works: You get paid, you ship item, they receive item, they dispute charges, Paypal refunds their money, Paypal pulls funds out of your account, they now have the item and their money back.
Another way: they send you a link to paypal, you click on the link, the link is a fake paypal website, you "log-in" to the fake site, it captures your password and sends it to them, they can now use your paypal account. | |
