KS | What do you have in the rest of the house? Do you have anywhere that you could install forced air unit? The pocket of the roof slope lets you have room for the ducting with the roof deck foamed it is very effiencent as the ducting/attic is the same temp as the living space. With a little planning you can reduce the sound from a unit like this with closets and insulation.
The mini splits are great but at 2000 ft you are going to need something that would handle a whole house. That might get pricey at that capacity but very doable. | |
