Why not just drop 10k on a good 1845C Case? They are good , dependable loaders.
The 1845C Is a tank. I grew up on a dozen of them. Cummins engine and cheap to buy. After the 1845 Case never made much progress in my opinion. ....but the 1845 is a great starter machine.
Edit to add....you could probably get a good one for more like 8k if you take your time looking.
