This option did not exist in that version of the software and there would be no way to write the data in that manner. I just took a look at the shape file that's being created and I think this could be done with your version. You'll have to first create a template layer (an area layer) that has the proper attributes set up for the EZ Guide 500. You will then need to make a separate layer for each field and copy your boundaries to each layer and define each boundary. You'll then need to make sure your USB has all of your fields set up on it. You can then export the boundary for each field to the appropriate directory on the USB.
