Central MN | I had my little 2 prong with a light tester and touched the black with one prong and the metal box with the other and got no light. From what I've read, if the box was grounded it should light up when doing this. Apparently back in the day, they used to do this a lot but the cable coming in was in a conductive jacket so the jacket acted like a ground. I could be totally wrong but that's how I understood it | |
