Those pics appear to have been taken on the job to me. One shows a cane wagon in front of it like it's sitting in line to get loaded. Poor judgement on the part of whomever used those pics but no indictment of the owner's maintenance program. It's probably cleaned up now.
As long as people eat sugar, tractors will have to do that job. It's truly that simple.
