| Can't answer your question regarding why he turned over your feedlot and sprayed the car, but I do know that there were many aerial applicator lawsuits in IA last year for similar reasons as you stated. Problems come in numbers becuase there were 10X the acres sprayed last year compared to the past, so more exposure and more problems. Lots of guys here buying high clearance ground rigs like Hagies. I think they do a much better job than an aerial applicator anyway. | |
