I would say no, depending on just how far along your corn is. The bottom leaves have no effect on corn when it is in its later growth stages. If the conditions are favorable for disease development Northern Leaf Blight is still a concern and could hurt your yield potential still. We are seeing Northern show here pretty bad on unsprayed stuff but we will see come harvest. It is getting late here though in central IL to spray. If you decide to spray Quilt or Stratego would be your best options.
