Darin, here are a few thoughts I had after reading both posts.  Have you done any type of calibration or did you harvest five loads and look at the % error of the estimated weight vs actual weight?  If you have not done a fast calibration or full calibration it would be a good idea to calibrate regardless of the error on the loads.  This will give you a good idea if the flow sensor is working or if you really have trouble with the flow sensor.  Take note of the % error as you calibrate in case you need to add or replace a few loads to fine tune the calibration.

What about a vibration calibration for the new combine and header?  This can potentially add in error if it was not completed. Are you harvesting loads that are relatively close in weight for calibration?  Is the crop fairly consistent in the area of the field where you are running the calibration loads?

In response to the static reset issue check your boot counter under the System and Can Bus tab on the run screen.  Select the flow sensor module and see if the boot counter is abnormally high versus the moisture module and speed module boot counters.  If you had a static reset issue it would normally show a red colored yield map.  Ag Leader changed the impact plates to a conductive material in 06 and I believe the issue was also addressed in firmware a couple versions back so it is not highly likely that static reset is the issue.  Hopefully it will turnout that it is a calibration issue and not a flow sensor problem.  Good luck.
