Dix (Boyd), IL | I got JD's quarterly newsletter last week. What a joke! It is very glossy, very big paper, very short on any relevancy, i.e. very expensive to produce with no return for Deere. The whole thing was AMS bragging about how good they think their support system is. There was no useful information in it at all. And isn't it odd that a newsletter from a "tech savvy" department would even use paper anyway these days? I would think that everybody they send to can receive a paperless copy and save a ton of cash. But then it would probably just get dragged and dropped into an email junk folder. My 2 cents. | |
