Lenawee co. mi. | Here in mid mi. we plant turnips,rape, buckweat, buckforage oats, soybeans, field peas, and chicory. All this needs to go in about now through about aug 15. I like the turnips they bring the deer in all winter long. The soys brings them in early the peas keep them coming back untill their gone. The buckforage oats some years they eat them as fast as they come up other years they just nibble on them all fall and on in to winter.
