sc ks | Pknoeber, did that land south of Ulysses no sale? What would it have brought at the high a couple years ago? I was thinking that's pretty good flat farm land through there...? We sold a quarter in Greeley county 18 months ago and 1031'd it for a quarter that is closer to home (Stafford), we sold it over 2k/ac. That's a tremendous drop if it's similar ground.
