There was a guy from Belize here on NAT recently. He was asking about setting the seeding depth of a grain drill, so he must have been on Machinery Talk or Crop Talk. I don't recall his name.
I think the government is stable in Belize. It used to be a British colony and that is why they speak English although I think Spanish is also common.
Tourism is big business and I think they have some great places to go scuba diving and snorkeling. Seems like there are also Aztec ruins.
