If you are recording 4K and do a screenshot on the computer at home you can magnify in on that and see more - or take a high res still of course.
You aren't going to see eartags though ;)

Cattle can be a bit unpredictable with it but do seem less worried after seeing it around a few times.
Horses seem a good bit more easily spooked so extreme caution especially if not your own.
Sheep ignore it pretty much though I have seen video of someone flying very low and rounding them up with it!
