NESD | Anyone else recently get a fitbit? What are your thoughts? I got one for Christmas and now I have been wearing it for a few days. It seems to know a lot about me already, not sure how accurate it is but seems believable. I found out how much of a slug I can be on the holidays of doing about nothing, but also how many steps I take tinkering in the shop. That was a bright spot. I was just wondering if anybody that's had one for a while has seen it help them become more conscious about their health or lose weight? So far it seems to be more than just another gadget. | |
