you could use a serial splitter program such as this one:
http://www.eltima.com/products/serialsplitter/
You can get data in a real port then split it between two or more virtual ports. you can then get the software to connect to these virtual ports.
If the thing creating the data is on the PC as well then you just setup the splitter with all virtual ports.
