How about reading planter data?

And there is some kind of CNH yield data that isn't voyager... a New Holland format or something.   Ran into another set of that data a couple of weeks ago.

My point was that, historically, whenever AFS comes out with a new format, there is at least a lag of a couple of years before they provide the component necessary for other parties to read the data... if at all.   And that most third-party software companies are left out of the loop on announcements of new products or new formats... we learn about them when we get a call from a customer that has just purchased a new machine.

I did not mean to imply that the AFS/SMS software was something you had to settle for, but rather that it is good enough that it isn't worth the hoops that you have to jump through to use AFS hardware with other software, unless the only thing you think you will do is yield mapping in the Voyager format.
