TN | Looking at getting a vairable rate pull type fertilizer spreader (6 ton model). But confused on details what is needed to conrtrol it. The spreader manufacturers (Chandler and Newton Crouch) all use the viper for a controller, but I wanted to utilize the reciever and 2600 display (with autotrac) that I already have. So far I am told I will still need to purchase a raven 660 controller and plug my GS2 into that. Has anyone tried this?? Or can I bypass the raven all together. Thanks for any insight you have. | |
