Shoot them and leave them lay. The dead carcass will scare the rest of the deer off. Had that happen on some hunting ground of mine. Guy came in and dumped his deer carcasses in the creek. Never seen another one for 6 months or so. Plus the carcass will draw in coyotes which will keep deer away.
